Jackson police investigate Dollar General burglary

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police say they’re investigating a burglary at the Dollar General on Ridgecrest Road in north Jackson.

They say it happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Police say the suspect is described as a black man wearing a hoodie with writing on it.

They say he broke the glass on the sliding door to enter the building.

As of now, they say they have no one in custody.

Police say they aren’t sure what was taken from the store.
