Medina police warn drivers about fake traffic stops

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Medina Police Department is warning motorists about someone they say is attempting to pull people over in what looks like a patrol car.

Police say there is a white Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows and a light on the dashboard attempting to stop drivers.

They say the driver is described as a white man with facial hair wearing all dark clothing.

Anyone who encounters the car can call the Medina Police Department at 731-783-1437.
