Court Action Filed on Fire Damaged House
JACKSON, Tenn.- WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News has an update to a story we shared with viewers Monday night about neighbors angry over a burned out house that had sat untouched for years. The owner of the house on Pennington Place has been cited in city court for violating Jackson’s unsafe building abatement code. Neighbors said rodents and wild animals have taken over the house. that is partially boarded up. A hearing date in environmental court was not listed on Tuesday’s court filing.
