Police Seek Man who Allegedly Hit Woman Repeatedly

JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson Police said they need help getting a dangerous man off the streets. He is accused of beating and raping a woman. Investigators said they are looking for James Eddie Randall, III. He was wanted on charges of aggravated domestic assault and rape. Officers said on May 15, Randall knew the victim had previously undergone skull surgery, but repeatedly hit her in the head during the attack and rape. As a result, the victim had to be hospitalized.
