Crash slows traffic on Highway 70 near airport

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — Drivers encountered a frightening scene after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon just outside Jackson.

The wreck happened along Highway 70 near McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport.

According to officials on scene, the crash involved a pickup truck and a car. The truck reportedly overturned in the wreck.

No serious injuries were reported and no one was transported.
