Chester County Announces New Coach
CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn — Friday morning Chester County announced their new boys basketball coach. Jason Shelton took over the position after stepping down from Freed-Hardeman University.
Shelton will be entering a the toughest basketball district in West Tennessee.
He said the decision was easy for him, it’s not much of a change from Freed-Hardeman. He wanted to be able to impact kids lives on a daily basis, and hope bring a championship to chester County. He will have the pleasure of seeing his kids more, and even getting to coach his son at Chester County High.
