Generals In A Battle
JACKSON, Tenn — The Generals were playing catch up the entered afternoon.
The Suns got out to an early lead in the first inning, pitcher Edwin Diaz for the Generals left the game after the first inning with an undisclosed injury.
The teams battled the entire nine inning game, Suns trying to end the Generals win streak and they did just that in extra innings.
They got the base hit they needed in the 18th inning to go on and win this one, 4-2.
