Company recalls pacifiers because of a choking hazard

Munchkin has recalled 180,00 pacifiers because of a choking hazard.

The recall includes the Latch Lightweight Pacifier and Clip that were sold as a set from March 2014 through March 2016 at major retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Babies-R-Us and Amazon.

The company says the clip can detach and pose a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported.

Munchkin is offering a full refund for the pacifiers.
