Man accused of firing gun outside a house, charged with reckless endangerment

JACKSON, Tenn.-Charges are filed against a man, accused of firing a gun outside a house Saturday afternoon as children played nearby.

Monday, Marcus Burgess Junior was charged with reckless endangerment and for having a gun as a convicted felon.
According to court papers, Burgess admitted to “popping of some rounds” behind a house on a Bronzewood Cove.

Officers recovered a gun and two shell casings.
