Food trucks now a staple among Hub City diners
JACKSON, Tenn. — It’s not exactly delivery, but it is meals on wheels.
There’s no shortage of popular food trucks in the Hub City. Whether you need something sweet, want to take a mouth-watering trip out of the country or keep it simply Southern, there’s a food truck for that.
Operators tell us running a mobile restaurant comes with its own set of challenges.
“Some pieces have fallen off and gotten lost or rusted and they’re stuck, but with tender love and care we’re keeping it rolling,” said Alana Lagares, co-owner of La Cubanita, a food truck specializing in Cuban cuisine.
