Police seek public’s help in Crockett Co. burglaries

CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — The Crockett County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in bringing an end to a rash of burglaries experienced throughout the county and surrounding counties.

Officials say thieves are breaking into homes that are targeted at random.

The last burglary occurred Thursday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of Highway 152, according to police.

The public is asked to report any suspicious vehicles or activity in your area to the Sheriff’s Office immediately.
