New life coming to former Decatur County Hospital

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — One hospital is coming back to life in Decatur County.

BradenHealth, a healthcare company focused on revitalizing and rebuilding failing rural hospitals, held a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday for the rebuilding and reopening of the former Decatur County Community Hospital in Parsons.

The hospital, which previously faced financial challenges and was damaged from heavy flooding, is now preparing to reopen.
