Jackson Business Shut Down by Dept. of Revenue

JACKSON, Tenn.- The Department of Revenue seized a building in Jackson, Monday morning, after a business was shut-down on a tax violation. The doors to Hair Crown on Old Hickory Boulevard were chained shut around 11 a.m. A note was placed on the door, explaining the State of Tennessee took over the building because of non-payment of taxes. Officials with the Department of Revenue have declined comment.
