Longtime Jackson police officer retires

JACKSON, Tenn. — A longtime Jackson police officer was honored Wednesday during his last day on the job.

Officer Myron Holt is retiring after 27 years of service to the Hub City.

Honoring his commitment to West Tennessee, Officer Holt was presented with a few parting gifts by Lynn Henning, director of the department’s personnel department.
