Car catches fire on busy Interstate 40 in west Madison County
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.-A car goes up in flames on the side of Interstate 40,Thursday afternoon.
A WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News viewer sent us video of the blaze. It happened around 4:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes near Exit 68 in west Madison County.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the fire was likely due to the vehicle overheating.
No injuries were reported.
