Sheriff’s office names woman killed by train

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the woman killed Monday morning after being struck by a train.

Stacey Warren editStacy L. Warren, 37, was killed on the railroad track near Cades Atwood Road, according to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office.

The most recent address deputies were able to find for Warren was in Paris, but she was originally from Joplin, Mo., according to the sheriff’s office.

The incident is still under investigation, and anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff’s office at 731-855-1121.
