Workout Wednesday: ABS
JACKSON, Tenn — For this weeks Workout Wednesday, I spoke with General Manager of Personal Training, Allen Ervin from Jackson Sports & Fitness.
We spoke about what needs to be done in order to get the six pack people desire. His answer might surprise some, the key, nutrition. Ervin said the amount of abs you do will not help you if you don’t feed your body right.
“A you have to eliminate the amount of fat that you take in so your body can be in a position able to burn fat,” said Ervin.
He says everyone has a six pack, it’s just different layers of fat covering it up. So with a good workout routine, eating healthy with a little cardio, you’ll be on your way towards that stomach you always dreamed of.
