JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson Police believe the armed robberies of two different Dollar General stores, two nights apart were the work of the same two gunmen. Sunday, the store on Campbell Street was robbed around 9:30 p.m. Investigators say one of the workers was pistol-whipped. Personal items from employees and a customer, as well as money were taken from the store. On Friday night, the same two are believed to have hit the store on North Highland. In this case, officers believe they hid out until the workers locked up and that is when they robbed them and the store. If you recognize either of these men, call Jackson Police at (731) 425-8400 or Crime Stoppers at (731) 424-TIPS.
