Katmai camera live streaming bear feeding frenzy

The Katmai National Park’s bear cam is live streaming the summer feeding frenzy at Brooks Falls.

According to the park website, “each year more than 100 Brown Bears descend on a mile long stretch of Brooks River to feast on the largest Sockeye Salmon run in the world.”

Rangers say the best time to enjoy the live stream is in July between five a.m. and midnight.

Viewers have reported seeing more then 25 bears feed on sockeye salmon at a time.
