Eddie Shoaf
1965 – 2023

Douglas Edward “Eddie” Shoaf, age 58, resident of Moscow, Tennessee
and husband of Terry Burrows Shoaf, departed this life Tuesday morning,
November 14, 2023 at his home.
Eddie was born July 28, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee and was the owner
of Discount Muffler and Customs in Rossville, Tennessee. He was a 32 nd
Degree Mason and an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending time with
his family, especially his grandchildren. Eddie loved hot rods, drag racing
and University of Memphis football.
Mr. Shoaf is survived by his wife of 36 years, Terry Burrows Shoaf; his
daughter, Erin Walker (Burch); two sons, Hunter Shoaf (Suzannah) and
Daniel Shoaf (Julia); two sisters, Karen Richardson (Mike) and Carla
Amsden (Mike); and seven grandchildren, Avery Walker, Hayes Shoaf,
Garner Shoaf, Anna Shoaf, Renlee Walker, Payton Shoaf and Bailey
Shoaf.
A visitation for Mr. Shoaf will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday, November 17,
2023 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Funeral Services will
be at 11 A.M. Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Peebles West Funeral
Chapel at Oakland with Rev. David Parlow, pastor of Oak Grove Baptist
Church in Moscow, officiating. Interment will follow in the Fisherville
Cemetery at Eads.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jonathan Mink, Uriah Holt,
Robert Elder, Brad Smithart, Mike Harrison and Jason McCowan. Honorary
pallbearers will be Mike Seay and Rudy Herzke.
