‘O Christmas Tree,’ one town lights up the holiday season
HENDERSON, Tenn.—“Christmas will always be, as long as we stand, heart to heart and hand in hand.”
One community event showed what it means to show love from within.
On the Chester County courthouse lawn, Henderson kicked off their 6th annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
This was a free event that allowed family and friends to enjoy hot chocolate, music and face painting.
Santa and Mrs. Claus were also present to take pictures with the kids.
“Everyone seems to love it. It brings so much joy and it is something that’s talked about year round, not even just Christmas,” said Madalyn Quarles.
Quarles also thanks Blue Steel Manufacturing, Southwest Human Resource Agency and Besso’s.
