Holidazzle Market held for women to support other women

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Jackson Chamber’s annual Women in Business Holidazzle Market was held Tuesday at the Carl Grant Events Center at Union University.

“We just love to have an event where women can just come solely to support other women,” said Cameron Hansbrough, the Director of Member Relations for the Jackson Chamber.

With over 250 people in attendance, the event kicked off with a luncheon catered by the university.

Door prizes were given out and the North Side High School choir sang Christmas carols to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.

“This is specifically for business women, and it’s great for women to just get together and have an event that is solely for women empowering each other and just supporting each other in the business and in everyday life. It’s great,” Hansbrough said.

The event included local vendors, nonprofit organizations, and boutiques who set up booths for those in attendance to shop and support local businesses.

“So it’s really great for some of these businesses that are small businesses to get exposure like this,” Hansbrough said.

This is just one of the many events the chamber hosts throughout the year.

The next Women in Business event will be February 15 at the Jackson Dream Center.
