Milan teen still missing after 20 years

MILAN, Tenn. — It’s been 20 years since 14-year-old Cayce McDaniel went missing from her Milan home.

Investigators say on Aug. 16, 1996, she was dropped off at home by a chaperone after church that night. When her mother came home later that night, the TV in Cayce’s bedroom was on, a bowl of cereal was left on the kitchen table, and the back door was open.

Milan Police Chief Bobby Sellers said the case is still open and that they receive tips from time to time and follow up on every lead they get.
