Kwanzaa community celebration to be held in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — The community is invited to an upcoming event presented by the Society For African American Cultural Awareness.

A Kwanzaa community celebration will be held in Jackson on Thursday, December 28.

Along with fun for all, the event will feature music, dance, poetry and food at the TR White Sportsplex, located at 304 North Hays Avenue.

The Kwanza celebration is open to the public and free to attend.
