JTA announces no bus service on January 1
PRESS RELEASE FROM JACKSON TRANSIT AUTHORITY:
JTA HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The Jackson Transit Authority (JTA) will not be operating its regular bus service on Monday, January 1, 2024 in honor of the nationally observed holiday, New Year’s Day. Services will resume on Tuesday January 2, 2024, at 6:00 AM.
JTA service hours are 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. The regular fare is $1.25.
