Roberta Carol Boothe Johnson

Roberta Carol Boothe Johnson, age 84, resident of Memphis, Tennessee and wife of the late Olin Johnson, departed this life Monday afternoon, January 8, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett, Tennessee.

Roberta was born January 13, 1939 in Collinsville, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Robert E. Boothe and Birdie Lou Dollar Boothe. She was a homemaker throughout her life and enjoyed cooking, going to the dollar store and Wal-Mart and caring for her family.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her daughter, Susan Johnson Norwood (Jess); her son, David Johnson (Carrie); and four grandchildren, Devon Jewell (Kate), Mathias Johnson, Miles Norwood and Holland Norwood. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Jewell and two sisters, JoAnne Boothe and Brenda Luke.

Graveside Services for Mrs. Johnson will be at 11 A.M. Thursday, January 18, 2024 at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Memphis with Bro. Mike Hollaway, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Rossville, Tennessee, officiating.
