Milan Dawg Daze Street Festival is this weekend
MILAN, Tenn. — The annual Milan Dawg Daze Street Festival kicks off Friday night with a new event.
From 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., four blocks of Main Street will be shut down for the first ever Street Dance.
There will be vendors and a DJ as residents are invited to dance the night away preparing for a day full of events Saturday.
“Been a great event for families over the years,” Milan Mayor B.W. Beasley said. “We get people from Carroll County all the way up from Weakley County, all over West Tennessee coming. So we’re just encouraging folks to come out and enjoy the day in Milan.”
Admission is free for the street festival. Saturday events get stated at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast. Events run until 4 p.m.
