Henderson Co. man killed after falling from tractor

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A man was killed Tuesday morning after falling from a tractor he was driving along a road in rural Henderson County.

Clothel Ray Garner, 55, of Lexington was killed when he fell from the tractor and was run over by it and the trailer it was pulling, according to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

The incident took place around 11 a.m. along Boss Wadley Road about 15 miles south of Lexington.
