Woman arrested after missing endangered child located safe
PARIS, Tenn. — Police confirm a missing endangered child has been located safely.

Wednesday, the Paris Police Department issued a missing alert on 2-year-old Kay’anna Taylor, who was believed to be with her non-custodial mother, Emily Taylor.
Paris Police confirmed Wednesday that Kay’anna and Emily Taylor were located at a home in Stewart County, with assistance from the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office.
According to police, Kay’anna is now safe and Emily Taylor was arrested on charges of custodial interference.
Paris Police Chief Ricky Watson thanks the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, and Paris PD officers and telecommunicators for their efforts.
