Saltillo mayor booked into jail Wednesday
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. – The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office shared an update on an incident involving Saltillo Mayor Gregory Billings and two others.
The sheriff confirmed that Saltillo Mayor Gregory Billings was booked into the jail Wednesday, and will have a court date on February 14 at 9 a.m.
The sheriff confirmed on January 11 that Kenneth Wade took out a criminal summons against Billings for assault.
Back in mid-December, former Saltillo Mayor David Willis and Wade, a resident, were arrested and both charged with assault after an altercation with Billings.
