Woman dies in Florence all-terrain vehicle accident
FLORENCE, Miss. (AP) – A woman in Rankin County has died in an all-terrain vehicle accident.
Rankin County Coroner David Ruth tells local news organizations that the woman died Sunday after the ATV she was riding flipped on top of her.
Rankin County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Paul Mullins says the woman was spraying chemicals in her pasture on the back of the vehicle. As she was coming up on an incline, the tank shifted and the ATV rolled on top of her.
