Madison Co. Sheriff’s Office adds 3 to most wanted

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has added three new subjects to their most-wanted list.

Three of the department’s top ten most wanted were either captured or turned themselves in last weekend.

The new additions to the list are Lucious Cathey, Kevin Moiser and Elizabeth Sheffield.
