Shiloh announces upcoming ranger led hike

SHILOH, Tenn.—-Upcoming hike to be held at Shiloh National Military Park.

According to the Shiloh National Military Park, on Saturday February 24, at 10 am, a ranger led hike will be offered.

The hike will follow the Union Division’s (led by General Wallace) path on the second day of battle during the Battle of Shiloh.

The hike will start at Tour Stop #12 and cover roughly a mile. The park staff ask participants to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and also bring their own water.

Pre-registration is required for the hike and reservations can be made by calling the Shiloh Visitor Center at (731)-689-5696 Monday-Sunday from 8 am until 5 pm.
