Halloween spending predicted to break records

JACKSON, Tenn.–Americans are getting into the Halloween spirit, at least when it comes to spending.

The national retail federation predicts consumers will spend a record 8.4 billion dollars this year with purchases including candy, pumpkins, costumes and treats.

That comes out to nearly $83.00 per person.
