JPD: 77-year-old Bill Collins found safe

Bill Collins was found safe and has returned home, the Jackson Police Department reports.
EARLIER STORY:
JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson Police Department is asking the community to help locate a missing 77-year-old man.
The police department says that Bill Collins was last seen leaving 466 Old Humboldt Road at 4 p.m.
They say he was wearing a Pittsburgh Stealers jacket, black knit pants, and a Pittsburg Steelers hat.
They report that he suffers from dementia.
