The Loaded Spud opens, offering loaded potatoes, more
LEXINGTON, Tenn. – The Loaded Spud is now open in Lexington.
The eatery will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Located at 995 East Church Street, the Loaded Spud boasts an impressive menu.
Including but not limited to totchos, smashburgers, sandwiches, and soups.
However, as the name hints, potatoes are the main focus.
“You can load them any way you want. You can do anything you want with a spud. And everybody likes potatoes, any way you eat them,” said Melissa Haymon, the Assistant Manager of the Loaded Spud.
General Manager Cinda Wadley recommends the Rotell potatoes, the smoked mac and cheese, and a very loaded baked potato.
