Jackson woman charged with identity theft trafficking
JACKSON, Tenn. — A woman was arraigned Tuesday in Jackson City Court on a charge of identity theft trafficking.
Jackson police responded to a theft complaint Oct. 5 from the Wal-Mart on Emporium Drive. Their investigation found Dana Huffman attempted to conduct a fraudulent return in exchange for money, court documents say.
Police also found Huffman was in possession of multiple credit cards and identification cards, none of which belonged to Huffman, according to court documents.
