Tea in the Garden event kicks off the season in style

HENDERSON, Tenn. — Celebrating in style, a local shop hosts a delightful event to welcome the first day of spring.

The Mystic’s Garden in Henderson held a Tea In the Garden event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today.

It was a public event for anyone who loved tea parties when they were little.

With pinkies out and dressed in all of their spring finery, attendees enjoyed each other’s company.

“We get together often to play and just build a community where everybody’s welcomed and everybody’s loved,” said Mikki Patterson, Owner of the Mystic’s Garden.

Patterson shared that more activities are coming up in the summer.
