Jax-Mac Festival to take over Jackson with music, art, and more
JACKSON, Tenn. — Don’t Waste My Time Music presents the first annual Jax-Mac festival.
The full-day event is on March 30 starting at noon, at the AMP in Downtown Jackson.
This event showcases the best of music, art, and comedy and features over 14 performing artists.
In addition to music, there will be multiple vendors and food trucks.
Organizers of the festival say the goal is to bring together all ages to start something new in the community.
“It’s an opportunity for us to showcase some of the local talent and to support Jackson.” said Rodney Gray, Event Coordinator.
When asked if there are any talent some people might recognize, Sidney Gray, Event Coordinator said this.
“Izzy Arthurs, and she was one that won the songwriter award this year,” said Gray.
“I’m grateful that we did get an opportunity and I’m hoping that everybody will come out to support us.” said Pelvis Donaldson, Event Coordinator.
