Harvest Church of Humboldt hosts an Easter celebration
HUMBOLDT, Tenn.—One church celebrated the Easter holiday with a special service.
Harvest Church in Humboldt held an Easter celebration beginning at 10 this morning.
The service included inspirational music focused on the cross and the resurrection and a special Easter message from Pastor Seth Wilkerson.
Following the service, egg hunts were held for kids up to 10-years-old.
The egg hunts were divided into three different age groups with each one including a prize egg that could be redeemed for a special Easter basket.
“We want this day to be something where they get in touch with a God, that’s always meeting with us here and that’s what today was about. I preached a message titled “Open for Examination” where God said, ‘hey this is not something I have to preach behind closed doors, you can come check it out. It’s for you,’” said Pastor Seth Wilkerson.
The public was invited to this free event and everyone who attended received a gift.
