Woman charged with stabbing husband during domestic dispute
JACKSON, Tenn. — A woman faces a charge of reckless aggravated assault after police say she stabbed her husband in the chest during a domestic dispute.
Officers say Myshonndra Thompson admitted to stabbing the man with a kitchen knife, according to court documents.
The incident reportedly happened Oct. 28 in the living room of their home on Poolview Drive.
Thompson’s 8-year-old son was also cut on the hand while trying to break up the argument, according to an affidavit.
Thompson remains jailed in lieu of $17,500 bond.
