Rev. William M. Hobson age 98 of Dyersburg, TN. U. S. Army Veteran and Gospel preacher died Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Signature Healthcare Nursing home in Ridgley, TN. Arrangements are entrusted to McCreight Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 18, 2024, 5: 00p.m-7:00p.m. at McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook St. Dyersburg, TN.

Visitation will also be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, 11:00a.m.-11:55a.m. at Greater St. Luke Baptist Church 117 Wallace Road in Jackson, TN. Funeral service will follow at 12: Noon with Rev. Donnie Mays officiating. Burial will be held in Greater St. Luke Church Cemetery 117 Wallace Road Jackson; TN.

Nephews will serve as Pallbearers. Survivors include his daughter, Renee Hobson Williams (Robert) Dyersburg, TN. Sister, Gussie Savage, Jackson, TN. (5) Grandchildren (4) Great-Grandchildren. Rev. Hobson was preceded in death by his parents, his daughters, Renita Hobson Burch, Sherlene Mercer.
