DA’s Fugitive Friday: Albert Pirtle Jr. wanted for aggravated sexual battery of a child

DA’s Fugitive Friday for Friday, April 26, 2024
Albert Pirtle Jr. (42) is wanted out of Gibson County Circuit Court at Humboldt for an alleged Aggravated Sexual Battery of a child under 13. Mr. Pirtle’s last known address was Osborne St. in Humboldt.
Mr. Pirtle’s bond was set at $40,000 and he bonded out on September 23, 2021. He failed to appear in Court on December 12, 2023 and a capias for his arrest was issued.
If you know of Mr. Pirtle’s whereabouts, please encourage him to safely surrender himself to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department or Humboldt Police Department.
