Arts Backstage event to be hosted at the NED

JACKSON, Tenn. — The time to celebrate arts and culture in Madison County has arrived.

The ‘Arts Backstage’ event is coming up on May 10 at 5:30 p.m.

Held at the NED, the event will benefit the Jackson Arts Council.

There will be live music, dance, literary arts, theatre performances, visual arts, food and drinks, a silent auction, and more.

It will be a celebration of the rich arts community of West Tennessee.

“We will have performances from over ten different arts and culture organizations. You’ll have performances by groups like the Jackson Symphony, Jackson International Food and Arts Festival, Jackson Children and Teen Theatre, Hub City Theatre Group, all kinds of groups, Jazz Foundation of West Tennessee, so really excited about that,” said Morgan White, Executive Director for the Jackson Arts Council.
