Law enforcement teams execute search warrant, multiple detained

JACKSON, Tenn. — There was a large police presence at a local establishment earlier today, May 1.

Around 4:30 p.m. we received a tip regarding a large number of unmarked police cars at a property on the 500 block of Main Street.

When we got to the scene, multiple people were seen detained.

Members of SWAT and Vice units were on scene, along with police dogs.

According to officials with the 26th Judicial District Drug Task Force, there was a search warrant conducted at a barber shop near East Main and South Royal Street in regards to a drug investigation.
