Animal Care Center reaches max capacity, issues red alert

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local pet care center needs your help.

Wednesday, May 1, the Jackson Animal Care Center issued a ‘red alert’ on their Facebook page.

This alert was due to them exceeding the maximum capacity at which they can hold dogs.

In the post, JACC told the community that if you were considering adoption now is the best time.

To adopt a dog, it costs $80 dollars, and their application for adoption requires two recommendations and the ability to care for your dog correctly.

For more information about adoption, visit the Jackson Animal Care Center’s Facebook here.
