TBI issues Endangered Child Alert for 8-month-old

DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office in Middle Tennessee for 8-month-old Xavier Billings.

Xavier is a white male, 20 inches tall, weighs 17 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen with his biological parents Andrew Billings and Adriana Billings on Nov. 10 after they fled the scene of an accident in Dekalb County, according to authorities.

Officers reportedly found a mobile methamphetamine lab in their vehicle.

Both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County.
