Humboldt school board member, former mayor candidate sentenced to jail
NOTE: Warrington is a Humboldt City Schools board member and former Humboldt mayor candidate and State Representative candidate.
FROM DISTRICT ATTORNEY GENERAL FREDERICK H. AGEE:
Today, Judge Mark Johnson sent a message that a Order of Protection is not just a piece of paper by sentencing the Defendant, Ms. Warrington to serve 10 days in jail followed by 11 months and 29 days of supervised probation for violating an order of protection entered earlier this year.
The Defendant is also required to have a mental health evaluation and follow the recommendations and pay the court costs.
We hope and pray Ms. Warrington will leave the victim and her family alone.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Jacob London and Scott Kirk.
We also want to thank Humboldt Police Officer Lt. Joshua Bomer for his work on the case.
Frederick H. Agee, District Attorney General.
