Investigators say Darrius Williams is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Court papers say officers made the stop Saturday due to one of the vehicle’s headlights not working. They reportedly smelled the odor of marijuana from the vehicle.

Police say Williams then admitted to having marijuana and retrieved two bags from his pants.

They also reportedly found a .380-caliber handgun in the center console.

He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
