Helga Dougan

Helga Dougan, age 52, resident of Byhalia, Mississippi and wife of Rob Dougan, departed this life April 4, 2024.

Helga was born February 6, 1972, the daughter of David O’Neill Pfeiffer and Julia Ayers Pfeiffer. She graduated from Huntsville High School and continued her education at Athens State University in Alabama with a B.A. in English Literature. She was married May 6, 2000 to Rob Dougan. Mrs. Dougan was an avid Alabama Football fan and enjoyed cooking and cross-stitching.

Mrs. Dougan is survived by her husband, Rob Dougan; two daughters, Cassandra Gabrielle Dougan and Annabella Grace Dougan; her parents, David and Julia Pfeiffer; and her brother, Coby O’Neill Pfeiffer, sister-in-law Ashley Pfeiffer and niece Avery Pfeiffer.

A visitation for Mrs. Dougan will be from 1 to 2 P.M. Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel located at 10670 U.S. Highway 64, Somerville, TN 38068. Memorial Services will be at 2 P.M. Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland.
